Golden Compass, great book, atrocious movie
I was looking forward to Dakota Bleu’s movie debut, however was terribly disappointed by the abysmal screenplay and acting. Add to that the intercision of important scenes and downplayed character development and emotions, you get something as horrible and disjounted as Narnia. For those looking to see this movie, don’t.
